Click&Collect, Returns & Postage

Click&Collect Policy

We want to ensure you receive your new artwork in perfect condition and believe the best way to ensure this is to offer all  purchases a free Click&Collect service.  

 

Due to the fragility of most of the artwork on this platform, any purchased pieces are for Click&Collect only; this to protect all parties involved.  There may be a delay between purchase and collection due to this, however we believe this is the safest way to ensure your artwork's safety in transit.  The Chilterns MS Centre will coordinate with the artist and buyer separately, via email, to arrange the process.

HOW IT WORKS:

 

There may be certain circumstances where a piece is not suitable for Click&Collect or the buyer requires a different service.  This will incurr extra costs for the buyer, however this can be arranged on a case-by-case basis.  The buyer will need to contact the team in order to discuss the options available, and this may not always be possible.

Returns Policy

Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges on purchases, however we understand that purchasing artwork online can bring some challenges and therefore do offer refunds under certain circumstances. 

If, when collecting the artwork, the buyer is no longer happy with their purchase, they can complete a refund form and request a full refund for their purchase.  This transaction can take up to a month to administer and the buyer will be contacted by the team to arrange this.  We are unable to make any part-refunds. 

We will not fully, or partly, refund any damage to the artwork caused in transit from the Click&Collect Site to the buyers home, or any changes found to the artwork once it has been accepted by the buyer and been taken from the Click&Collect site.  We encourage all buyers to properly check over their purchase before taking it away.

Postage Policy

For smaller items that can be safely posted (such as Jewellery), we may be able to coordinate with the artist to post your purchase to you. 

 

This is on a case-by-case basis and the additional postage costs would need to be settled between the artist and the buyer separately (postage is not included in any sale price on the site). The pieces will be sent by the artist directly to the buyer and this will be arranged with the buyer directly. 

 

We cannot guarantee that every artist will be willing to arrange this but get in contact with the team if this option is of interest to you.
